...come on, your inner child knows the rest of the song.
I'm going back to work tomorrow. Half day since I have to pick up Michael at 1 pm. I'll work Tues/Wed, then take Thurs for chemo. Friday will have to be a wait and see. I feel badly about coming back to work and not being able to be there reliably. I'll have to see how it goes. I'm still waiting for confirmation as to how the treatment is or isn't working. That will help to guide what I decide to do. I just don't want to use up all my salary-continuance days, if I really don't need to be off.
As for the dog show, Kohlbi showed very nicely today to a judge who really didn't know what she wanted and couldn't make up her mind. Oh well.
This afternoon, I will go shopping for shoes for the wedding. Next to shopping for clothes, shopping for shoes (especially since my accident/surgeries) is my worst nightmare. I hope the misery ends quickly.

Hi Jane,
I was at the Golden Retriever Club Agility trial on Friday and Saturday. Terry and Andi gave me the news. I am sending you positive thoughts and prayers every day. My mom fought inflammatory breast cancer (the very aggressive form)13 years ago. I remember the difficult times we all went through during her many treatments. Hang in there.
Love, Pam and Sadie
Greetings from Minnesota, Who would have ever thought work could be therapeutic but you know from your past medical experiences that it is always good to get back into as much of a "normal" routine as possible.
Jane, you are thought of often along with Mike and your family. I wish I could be there to give you a big hug. I'll be thinking of you on your wedding day and hope to see some pictures. Love and prayers, Your cousin, Mary
Jane,
I haven't blogged on here yet, but wanted to know that it was GREAT to see you and Michael in Vegas and spend some time with you at lunch and after. It was short, but prayerfully we will see you again sometime the week of 3-10 May when Vicki and I come to Denver.
We are praying for you all the time, as well as Michael...
Take care,
Dave
Hi Jane, It's funny--Mike doesn't have the same effect on our dogs the way he does with yours. (Although Maya did bark a lot more, because she hasn't seen him in a year. :) )
Sorry to hear that you have to do some shoe shopping. I have to agree that it can be a tough gig getting just the right shoes in the right color AND are comfortable. I think we should all wear slippers--ballet, bunny, glass--whatever you like.
I am glad you had a great time in Vegas and I look forward to spending more time with you in Colorado in a couple of weeks when you and Mike jump the broom/get hitched/attach the ball and chain/get married.
Talk with you soon....
Love,
Terry
Hi Jane,
You were my stalwart support when I got the phone call about my sister at work from my brother-in-law a decade ago. Thank you so much for that. I wish I could reciprocate for you. You must let me know if I can help.
You are such a strong lady and I admire you for your sharing with us. Everyone who reads your blog can benefit from your generosity.
I'm thrilled for your wedding news! You and Michael are in my thoughts and prayers daily--
With love,
Kay
